Santorini sailing tour Cancellation Policy

PRIVATE DAY, SUNSET, FULL DAY OR ISLAND HOPPING SAILING CRUISE

RESERVATION

To secure and confirm the date, a refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total amount will be charged on the day of the reservation.
The remaining balance will be charged 72 hours before the embarkation date.
In the case of special offers, full-day, or island hopping cruises, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount will be applied and the remaining balance will be charged 72 hours before the embarkation date.

For cancellations or any additional changes, SANTORINI SAILING TOUR requests that you provide notification via email to sailing@santorinisailingtour.com

Cancellations within 72 hours before the embarkation date, no charge appears, full refund of the paid deposit/full amount takes place.
Any changes that will be placed within 72 hours before the embarkation date are subject to availability and will be not charged with any extra fees. In case of no availability, a full refund of the paid deposit/full amount will take place.
Cancellations or any changes within less than 71 hours before the embarkation date, 100% of the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days following the client’s notice.

SantoriniSailingTour.com reserves the right to cancel the cruise in the event of heavy rain, extreme winds, engine issues, material damage, or any other reason deemed necessary for the safety of all passengers.
In the case of a cancellation initiated by SantoriniSailingTour.com, a full refund of the deposit/full payment will be issued within 7 working days.
